We research the local planning authority history and establish what previous planning applications to neighbouring properties have been proposed, either accepted or refused. We also examine whether the property is in a Conservation Area, is a listed building or within a flood zone. These factors would affect the planning application and additional documentation is required to supplement the proposal.

Careful and professional planning and good planning drawings can significantly improve the potential for a positive outcome of an application.
We can provide planning drawings for a vast variety of proposals, with an in depth knowledge of residential planning and commercial projects, including; House Extensions, Loft conversions, Basement Extensions, and Garage Conversions along with Change of Use on a variety of buildings. Collaborating with both client and local authority, we produce your planning drawings, whilst identifying and understanding considerations associated with a proposed development.
