Measured Site Survey

What Is A Measured Building Survey?

Following our initial feasibility assessment of your project,  next step would to book your site survey. There we will gather all the existing information required for your application and will include all the required dimensions of your building along with conducting a photographic survey, which will visually document all the existing site areas and boundaries. Within 1-2 weeks, the initial drawings are prepared with options for the client to consider and these can be discussed with our architectural designers. We always ensure good communication with our clients, liaising with them the best design solutions, amending drawings to the client’s satisfaction but making sure that they remain feasible building regulations approval. Once everything is finalised and approved by the client, we will submit the application to your local authority on your behalf. A measured survey is a survey that is performed at your project premises (on-site)  for accurate dimensions during the survey.

Our surveyors are highly experienced and will collate full details and information which is passed on to our design team who in tern, will discuss with you, your proposed project ideas and options and any considerations which may have been identified from the survey. We complete precise, detailed drawings using the latest technology, we record all the details of your property during the survey and then back in the office and our dedicated design team will produce your drawings.

Site surveys vary in duration depending on the size and complexity of your project, you should allow up to 3 hours.
